How to make Loaded Baked Potato Salad Yummy

Ingredients

8 medium Russet potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 package bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, chopped
Chives, to taste
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces. Cover with water and boil until fork is tender, about 20-25 minutes. Drain and cool the potatoes. Once cooled, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream. Add onions, chives and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with grated cheese and bacon and serve
